At quick look: You have @PersistenceContext(unitName = "empmstEntityManager") atop your entity bean..
This is used to inject the EM into the underlying field. To make your Entity become a part of the EM, ensure its packaged into its own JAR (along with the other Entity beans) with a persistence.xml in the root-level META-INF directory. Give a try?
