Based on the word 'THIN", I am assuming that you are using an Oracle database and you have defined a *-ds.xml file for that database.
Based on the error message, "Null user or password not supported in THIN driver", you have not defined a user or password in the *-ds.xml file. If this does not help you resolve the problem, please post the contents of the *-ds.xml file.
