I am using JBoss-2.2.2_Tomcat-3.2.2 on windows NT4. I am trying to secure a
simple web application with no EJBs. It consists of JSP pages and some
servlets. What I am trying to do is basically have users/passwords/roles
defined in property files. When the user tries to access any page on the
system, a pop window pops and asks the user for username and password. We
have implemented this logic in JRun and it works without any problem. Is
there an example for this type of authentication in JBoss? I would very much
appreciate your help.
