Thanks for the update. However, we have never seen these messages before with the same logging level. We had a problem where in the web server stops accepting any HTTP requests. Difference between the normal operations and the logs at that point of time (when the server stops accepting any requests) is these traces. So just trying to find out what could have led to these traces (All of a sudden servers starts retransmitting so many messages, around 1000messages/sec)
