I've managed to get exploded directories working, with: - directory is called /project/web.war/ or /project/ejbs.jar/ - jboss-service.xml -> use the URLDirectoryScanner instead of the URLDeploymentScanner and the "<attribute name="URLs"><urls><dir name=..."
Maybe there is a better setting.
