Can it be from the memory? A month or two ago I had Jboss running in these
machines wihout a problem, with the same software config.
The only thing I see that was changed was that both machines had their
memory reduced from 128 to 64 Mb.

I am thinking that maybe the startup scritp tells java to use XX amount of
memory, where XX > 64 Mb, and then it fails to see that it does not have
that memory available. That would explain the NullPointer.

Do someone knows if there is a memory_size flag being set to jboss run?
