This worked, btw, if anyone runs into this problem in the future. You need to have your browser to accept cookies from sites other than the originating web site (original HTTP req).
Also note that it seems you will need to be using Windows, as ComponentSource.com downloads a .exe to your system which then downloads the PDF. Not sure if a Java app or similar is offered for non-Win32 systems.*
