I believe I am not alone running JBoss+Jetty. I am not familiar with sf.net but if it is not too complicated I offer my help producing latest JBoss+Jetty if there are not enough resources.

I would expect, that you can just take a jetty sar from a previous release, remove the tomcat sar from deploy/ and put the jetty one in.
