Sorry, I've forgot to post that I've finally solved the problem. I've added a column rolegroup to the database and set the rolesQuery in login-config.xml to: select role,'Roles' from customerejb where ucid=?
One thing that confused me a little was the fact that when I set the query to select role, rolegroup from customerejb where ucid=? the login fails because of an invalid role (role=null in the debug output). when I figured this out, the rest was easy to solve. @Scott.Stark: thanks for your help. cu, martin View the original post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3848856#3848856 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3848856 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: YOU BE THE JUDGE.
