Hello all,

I have converted the Word documentation to pdf in the past, and I can do it again.

If you would like me to do it again, please let me know where to pick up the Word file.

However:
Please note that in the past some formatting in Word prevented proper conversion. For example, nested tables were used, which caused mangled pdf output. It would be best if I could fix these Word problems in the Word document as well, and add a few comments for future editors to avoid these problems. Another change I would like to make is to add style sheets to the Word document (this would not change its appearance at all), so that a hypelinked table of contents can automatically be generated in the pdf.
