Agreed.  My impression though was that his work was a one time shot and that
it could be done by me if I followed his stylesheets.

Agreed.  Developers should document in the summary and info tags. (It's
summary and not comment isn't it?)

Where do the stylesheets come from?  I could try coming up with them myself
but you'll likely get a better job from someone else.  I would just use a
wyswyg editor (trial version haha).
