Yes, it's correct.
Tomcat 3.x cannot be used anymore with DbForms CVS HEAD - and it is
really slow compared to 4.1.x version ;^)
I don't know what dbforms version breaks the compatibility with
Tomcat3.x - I suppose the fixes about the Tomcat tag lib pooling (some
dbforms tag libs now implement the TryCatchFinally interface) into the
v1.1.2 version.

Time ago I found it was introduced into servlet2.3 specs... I remember I had to change the project.xml servlet dependency to servlet2.3 to compile the project with Maven... Servlet2.2 should not have the TryCatchFinally interface.
