RE: [dbforms] starting out with dbforms: building and documentation

I ran into this problem with version 2.2, not trying to build. I forget where, but an 
exception was thrown that this file was missing. I downloaded it from the ftp site to 
fix the issue. 

In general, I agree with Shawn, don't rebuild when you can just install ;-) .
