Please check this yourself - and send me the changes. I do not work really with utf-8 chars so it's quite difficult to test. Or build a testcase with maxq and report the inputs. Then i can reproduce your problem. To start the recording of testpages you just need a maven maxq, setting your browser proxy to localhost:8080 open the bookstore example. After starting the recording in maxq you get a nearly ready testunit class which can be replay your input. See tests/test-cactus/org/dbforms/bookstore for example generated scripts.
