I've packaged up 2.1.6beta4 and commited it to CVS. If you don't want to
build the package yourself then mail me and I might be able to send it out
(its large). A quick test shows that beanshell appears to work. I have
reverted win32-start-process* changes since 21.1.3 officially supports this
now. No XEmacs/NT before this was officially released.
