Question about installing the beta JDE

Hi all - I'm trying to get the latest beta installed on X-Emacs 21.1 on
Win NT 4.0. I'm not sure what the best way to install JDE. I copied the
new Java files over the old files and did the same with the elisp files.
I'm pretty sure that's not the best way, so I thought I would ask the
experts. What the best way to install/upgrade a new version of JDE?
