Hello all,
i am a new linux-jde-emacs user and i'd like to know if someones know
how the jde-smart-completion-at-point(-menu) work. I have read the .el
for this feature and
inever get it work at all. The only completions which works is the
daabrev and it's rather poor.
I have compiled my classes with jikes before trying the command but it
does not help any more.
Here is what i tried:
Object toto = new String("");
toto.eq<my cursor is here>
and runnning the completion either through the (hard-to-use) shortcut or
the M-x jde-completion-at-point
but it never works.
Please help,
i really like jde and this feature is what is missing to 2 friends of
mine to get rid of their old and useless windoz-jbuilder coding
platform.
