Sorry, I have no definite answer for this.
It may help to set user-mail-adress in
prj.el, but I didn't try it.
But I have a similar problem: When selecting
the Startup-Class via "JDE" -> "Project" ->
^^^^^^^^^
"Options" ->"General", then choosing
"Run Application Class" (jde-run-application-class),
I expect that this setting will be project-local.
But in the current beta it is stored to
~/.xemacs/custom.el, not to prj.el.
So in all my projects C-c C-v C-r now
starts the main-class of this one project.
Is this intentioned?
