Hi,

You mention OS X. Have you got JDE working under OS X? If so what emacs
are you using? I've tried the old porkrind port of emacs 20, and it more or
less works, but no menus or mouse support. I've built Andre Choi's port of
emacs21, and it works until I load JDE, when it hangs.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Look into Netbeans. I have experimented with the Forte version of
that from Sun under Linux, Windows and OS X, and it is graphical and
everything.

If you don't _need_ the source, just get the Forte Community verison
from Sun.
