I found this site called marmalade http://marmalade-repo.org/ that allows users
to upload and maintain their own ELPA packages. JDEE is not currently in ELPA
and I was thinking of submitting it but figured it might be best if it was
uploaded and maintained by a project owner. I this something someone would be
willing to do.
