How's the idea of interacting jabber with workflow managment systems? Let's say that we have a workflow server which is responsible for recording/forwarding/keeping different jobs and job states. We surely have a bunch of users who perform actions on different jobs and move'em around. Could we use the jabber server as a gateway server to all the external entities of the workflow server (Could be a place to utilize SOAP).
