[JDEV] loading ./jsm/jsm.so failed

i amnot able to start the jabber server.. it shows the follwing error Loading ./jsm/jsm.so failed : 'libgcc_s.so.1' cannot open shared object file:No such file or directory..   although i have libgcc installed i checked and gcc and c compilers are there.....   also i tried to install libgcc_s.so.1 but in vain.. i am using redhat 7.1 pls help   Tarundeep Singh Kalra Project Leader(Server Side Solutions) Data Infosys Ltd.
