Check your library path and ensure that the library is in it.  Most commonly
you'll need to add it in for that.  You can also use the environment to help
it find it.  Off the top of my head I think the variable is LD_LIBRARY_PATH

i amnot able to start the jabber server..
it shows the follwing error
Loading ./jsm/jsm.so failed : 'libgcc_s.so.1' cannot open shared object
file:No such file or directory..

although i have libgcc installed i checked and gcc and c compilers are
there.....

also i tried to install libgcc_s.so.1 but in vain..
i am using redhat 7.1
pls help
