I've been following this from the start (hi Justin) out of pure curiosity, especially related to GPL enforceability. Perhaps a thread can be started elsewhere, as this really isn't JDev material, where details such as FSF involvement (if any) and GPL/copyright enforcement and/or experience can be discussed.
