Good morning, Ok, the voive chat yells get louder.
it do exist two implementations from me. E3 and e2. E2 has voice and video but uses the jmf. E3 does just voice but uses no jmf, just plain jdk1.4. What i do in e3: i send raw, uncompressed 8000hz 8bit mono which results in 15.6 kbps. E2 sends in g.711. Jabber servers usually don�t support any sort of proxying, like pass or whatever, so everything is direct p2p. Doing autonegotiation between the 2 clients doing audio chat results in one client being reachable for the other client when using tcp. With udp both clients must be able to see each other.
