Sure...but it doesn't solve the problem of knowing what resource the
person is using. I know I had problems with presence sending the JID w/o the resource. As long as you're modding the spec might as
well fix that too?

I'm not so much interested in knowing who had sent the change to the server as I am interested in the clients being consistent. I think what you want may not be so straight forward :)
