I asked the question precisely because I felt it wasn't right to use that ;-)
It's true that I could use a made up namespace like "crap:voip" for my tests ; but if I want to make other clients interoperable, I will certainly need some (at least partially) official thingie when I'll go live for real... Hence my question.
