[jdev] Accessing the chat window from a web link

I am having a messenger implemented in jabber/xmpp protocol . I want to 
access the chat window of a particular member in my list by clicking a link 
in the web page . How can I do that ??

In AOL I can access the same using the link
href=Aim:goim?screenname=suneesh So that the chat window of that particular 
member will be opened

Is there any way so that I can achieve the same ??
