Thanks Hal:
I am looking for a developer to build a IM software that can used the SIP
protocol as voice communication with XMPP like Google talking. We can cooperate
to make a application for enterprise in China. We can share the income in
software's sales and service. or as a software project we can pay for in help
us to complete a SIP +XMPP client integration. The XMPP client we like to used
Miranda IM 's jabber plugins. Is it aviable?
Any advise all are welcome! if someones would like to help us,pls contact
with me.

Yes, at least two projects are working on gtalk-compatible VOIP. Psi
has a dev branch focused on this, asn I think Gaim is working on it as
well.
As far as logging into the Gtalk servers with a client other than
Gtalk, it can certainly be done, but they have a unique setup. Read
this lists' archives, there has been much discussion. For
instructions on how to connect with Psi, see
http://psi-im.org/wiki/Google_Talk_HowTo. There will be hints in
there that may also be useful for you when using other clients.
