Somehow I've always thought that people who are smart enough to
write
code are smart enough to figure out how to unsubscribe from a list
they've subscribed to in the first place. That assumption may not be
valid, so I'll add back the per-message footers (which BTW prevent a
message from being properly signed with digital signatures, oh
well).
We already do include those links in the standards-compliant place to
put them - the "List-Unsubscribe" header - and in our case we
actually list two (count 'em, two!) differently schemed URIs.
