The the cure has been more wasteful of bandwidth than the disease. I say abuse and 
degrade the
idjits - at least they'll be more careful the next list to which they subscribe :-) .

I learned the hard way many, many moons ago (sometime in the 1980's) that one does not 
unsub from
alist by mailing to that list. I also learned the hard way that I would be considered 
of suspect
intellect if I did do so. I did, I was - I don't do it anymore .
