If you are going to develop a swing application then go for jbuilder or
forte, so that you can pick up some really cool swing ideas from the ide
itself ;-).
jbuilder is a commercial product from born IDE maker Borland.You can expect
to get more intuitive and handy goodies in jbuilder, but comes at a pretty
high price( almost double the price of SunONE EE).

forte is now known as SunOne Studio, comes at a very reasonable price but
very slow compared to jbuilder. Though its from the language maker, it
doesnt seem to have any jazzy features,which you normally find in jbuilder.
