to have removed all the comments... jdj was not letting me send this out -- too
large. Anyway, this collection needs to be sorted by frequency of use (more
frequent is better), then by first in first out basis (or last use basis, though
that's a different problem...) Anyway, the problem is that the TreeMap I'm using
to maintain the sort order does not sort my items based on the Comparator I
provided.
