[7u communication] 7u40 progress update.

Just an update on jdk7u40 progress. Final testing is proceeding well and 
we're still on track to meet GA for mid September.

For developers who wish to test binaries based the latest code in the 
OpenJDK jdk7u/jdk7u40 forest, the Oracle JDK 7 Update 40 Early Access 
Release based on it is available for download at : 
https://jdk7.java.net/download.html . If you are aware of other early 
access releases based on jdk7u/jdk7u40 being made available for testing, 
please let the mailing list know as well as a reply to this thread.
