So http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/org.springframework/jars/ has no spring-core-2.0.jar but http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/org.springframework/jars/spring-core-2.0.jar works, redirecting to http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/org/springframework/spring-core/2.0/spring-core-2.0.jar Just a little bit of HTTP redirection magic, nothing more.  Hope this helps out.
