Need to make sure all IUT resources, such as iut-pmf.properties and an edited
version of log4j.properties with IUT specific information are found on the
classpath and precede other possible copies of the file. The classloader should
not be parented, so that the right versions are found. In order to use an
unparented loader, we need to find out how to obtain the URL to the jdo api jar
file in the user's local repository.
