OK, I'm happy with this, modulo the change of names for the Fuseki and Community sections, and dropping news. I have a minor quibble about Documentation as a title - it seems slightly tautologous since the whole site is documentation of one kind or another. But I don't propose to prolong the discussion, and we can always do some A/B testing once the site is up :) (<-- nb for clarity: last bit's a joke)

Thanks Dave.
