Catch any exception inside GerritTriggerPluginListener
GerritTriggeredBuildListener stops to proceed events if any exception happens
during
processing.

Add change number to the Gerrit dataset
It's the only unique identifier for the change we have.

Add validation duration to the Gerrit dataset
In this case we would have valid feedback time per change even in case
of job re-triggering.
