Cookbook cleanup: Architecting for Scale
Removed CloudBees references and incomplete sections.
@rtyler - opinion needed here: what do you think about the installation sizing
section? It was a bit controversial at CloudBees and so it was commented out,
but it was meant to be a guideline to help a new user estimate how big an
installation will need to be based on # jobs and # of developers using a given
master.
