Part of the reason to switch to Cucumber/Capybara is that we can take advantage
of both the Sauce Labs gem support (we have practically infinite minutes) for
running the tests.

THe ulterior benefit is that we will have executable documentation, or should
have executable documentation for how the web UI should operate.

I think we've made some progress towards that goal, but I've definitely been
slacking :(
