Yes, before my team  decide extend backup plugin ,we had tried thinBackup 
and PeriodicBackup plugin, but we found the full backup in 
thinBackup/PeriodicBackup Plugin is not real full backup, for our scene, we 
need backup all plugins of Jenkins and other dirs in Jenkins home dir, 
there are can't work* **except Backup plugin*.

we don't think plugin should limit which should been backup, it should 
control by user themselves.
So we think Backup plugin is the one which we need.
