Hello,

the PeriodicBackup plugin can take full backups if the proper FileManager
is chosen.

Also be aware that the "official" backup plugin by Cloudbees is available
for free (
https://wiki.cloudbees.com/bin/view/Jenkins+Enterprise/CloudBees+Free+and+Open+Source+Jenkins+Plugins#HCloudBeesBackupPlugin
).
