I am using Groovy views for my plugin (email-ext) now, but am running into
an issue that perhaps just needs to more understanding on my part. I had
some some initial development to refactor the way some stuff was done in
when I was using Jelly views. I was using hetero-list to display some items
and with the Jelly setup, it was working correctly, the hetero-list was
displayed correctly and I was able to add and remove items.
When I switch to using Groovy views and trying to use the hetero-list,
things are not working well. I get all the descriptor items rendered, and
its not functioning correctly at all either.
I think perhaps I don't understand something about the semantics of
items="${instance.Something}" in a Jelly view when instance is null (before
newInstance has been called on form submission). Can someone point me to
where I can determine what this means, or can someone explain better?
