Hi,
I've created a pull request for the build-timeout plugin which allows to
notify about timeouts via e-mail:

May someone wants to have a look?
Seems like no one is really feeling responsible as the maintainer of the
plugin as there was another pull request lying around for 1 year without
being noticed.
