Just a clarification question:
     1) Are there plugin projects that are legitimately staying in SVN and are 
not transitioned to GitHub?
          Is there a web interface for browsing contents of SVN projects? 
          The http://fisheye.jenkins-ci.org/ seems to be down.

      2) Are there any legitimate reasons for releasing plugins from outside of 
jenkinsci group when jenkinsci project exists?
           I understand that it may be done due to time constrain when 
maintainer does not have appropriate privileges.
