Do you happen to have a non-english locale?
There's a stupid bug in the maven git-scm provider, so that it doesn't tag correctly in the release plugin. I ran into the problem myself...
Try to set to an english locale and re-run the release.

From your log I see that you only uploaded a snapshot and that is available here: http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/snapshots/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/shared-workspace/
Are you missing a step in the release?
