Yes, but its the half of the project only. I add the repository as "Admin"-user. The try to git-ize the eclipse/git/mvn project as "Peter"-user a error occoured (permission denied). As i thought "ok, something went wrong, lets disconnect from git, and delete the repository" i successfully disconnect from repository but as "Peter"-User but i cant delete the repository (permission denied). After restart eclipse as "Admin"-User, it sais "no such repository" and NPE. Eclipse opens up endless modal-dialogs asking me to accept or cancel the deletion (Ok is disabled). Ok i need to kill eclipse and deleted the repository (~/git/) hard (funny, he moved the project into the "Peter"-User's home).
But what i did not know: As i git-ize the project, the project has been moved to a subfolder of ~/git/. No big deal. As i disconnect the project from git, the project, he keeps the project in ~/git/-Repository (wtf?) and i deleted the repository and the project.

You may say: Its a bug inside the plugin. Well, some experiments give me extra-giveup:
1. Git (maybe github only) does only allow differrent branches for different repositorys, i can not branch a folder.
2. You need to enter a project-name as repository. How to versionize?
3. Push pushes the Changes of a local repository. You need to install a second local repository for feature-branching or even big merging.

I am more happy using subversion. Sure svn is a little bit more bureaucracy, but its a professional enemy i know.

What is https://github.com/enexusde/java/tree/master/jenkins/jabber-server-plugin then? Or are you referring to a different project?
