The repo/target folder contains the compiled HPI and JAR thats the size 
majority. I wasnt sure the methodology of how users would consume the plugin in 
its final state. AND if your gonna troll my stuff for things YOU think are 
flawed or be a github repo nazi, I would ask (how much free time do you 
actually have?)

We're usually forking an existing plugin repo into the jenkinsci org to host it 
there. Anyone cloning that repo would then need to check out the ~58MB in the 
'target' folder, which seems unreasonable.
