The repo/target folder contains the compiled HPI and JAR thats the size majority. I wasnt sure the methodology of how users would consume the plugin in its final state. AND if your gonna troll my stuff for things YOU think are flawed or be a github repo nazi, I would ask (how much free time do you actually have?)

We're usually forking an existing plugin repo into the jenkinsci org to host it there.
