Update: Took a look at Oki Docki and found that it is very early stages for the project. What the two projects do are very similar, but don't feel that it would be the best place to store this logic. I have created https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-26341 to request merging CIBorium with docker-build-step plugin.
