Frankly speaking, and I'm sorry to be so honest, but your ideas are quite simply retrograde. If you're going to redesign the site, can you please not make it look like it was invented back in 2000? Seriously. Make it responsive by default. Use font icons. Get rid of stapler, use servlet 3.0. Can we please use technology invented within the last 10 years??? Is that too much to ask?
